I live hard and play hard...how much do you workout?
I climb trees for a living.
About once or twice a week I hit the gym. I'm in a pretty good shape... no abs showing or anything like that but I can easily bench press 300lbs.
Oh...not how strong. How fit...big difference.
Never work out physically. I read.
GSP is fit...Hulk Hogan is strong. Pretty sure GSP is in better shape. Just Saying.
Oh shit...you're gonna die.
The Brain is the most important part of the body . . .
i can bench 90lb and curl a 35lb bar
When I don't work, I do 5 miles daily on my treadmill. When it gets hot, I go outside to do it.
Why wouldn't you always go outside...I have never run one mile inside in my life.
Everyone will die. Usually in great pain and afraid, forgotten within days, into nothingness.
I work out 3x a week, a combination of running and weights. But that's brand new-- like the last six months. I hate it, and literally count the minutes until I'm done, but do stick to it. For the previous ten years, I did not do a damn thing. For the 15 years before that, however, I danced/studied ballet very seriously. It definitely gave me a body I did not deserve for the ten years after. I'm now a big believer in athletics during developmental years.
While I'd describe myself as overweight, no normal person would (ballet does that to your head). I was scared when I first went to the gym, but it has been fine. I'm stronger than I thought I was, and not nearly overweight enough to be encumbered or surprisingly winded. But I've been careful about my diet my whole life, which should be part of this conversation.
Again, I hate the gym. I'm curious about non-gym stuff people do for fitness. I've been thinking about rowing. Anyone do that in places where there's real winter?
I lift heavy weights 5 days a week. KC aint got shit on me!
