    i want to try juicing and thought someone in here might have some tips.
    i'm skinny, just want to be more healthy

    Juice with..3 kale, 2 red lettuce, 5 carrots, 5 organic apples, 2 spinach bunches ( or prepackaged), 5 red beets, 2 cucumber, 1 bunch celery
    Drink 8 oz per day.
    Also a vitamin c regiment...that is a whole other story but will gladly post if you want.
