Nope and nope for me.
what about you?
No and no.
I never watched it first run, but caught a lot of the early seasons in syndication. I did happen to see one episode with Ashton K. It was pretty awful. There was no chemestry between him and the rest of the cast.
No and no. Only seen chunks and it looked bad.
It was tolerable with sheen, imo. I couldn't get through fifteen minutes with kutcher.
i've never watched it, but i have seen it. my dad watches it and has had it on when i've been over. it's horrendously lame.
there was a south park episode where cartman wanted to be a nascar driver, but thought he wasn't dumb enough. he was trying various things to become stupid and one of them was watching a two and a half men marathon.
Never ever seen a single episode.
No and no.
Looks like a cookie-cutter shit show.
I got hooked during the syndication shows. I thought Seasons 1 and 2 were hysterical. I lost interest after those.
It was the first sitcom I'd watched in years.
i watched TAHM up until Kandi left
i lost interest in the show a couple of seasons in but people overlook the fact it revived scripted comedies when they were on verge of dying due to reality television
as much as it pains me to admit it , it was well written and polished sitcom for a few seasons, the show broke boundaries for network television, and with the help of CSI helped CBS shake its image as the old peoples network
before TAHM i never heard anal jokes, swallowing jokes etc. on network tv
it was a pioneer in raunchy humor
with showtime, AMC, HBO using fuck and showing tits and blood and gore we are desensitized , but between the youtube/cable show on demand era, and the pussy survivor friends era, TAHM did pave way for pushing borders with smut humor and reviving sitcoms
garbage yes, but you cant deny its influence
personally i hate the seasons i consider acceptable due to its own hype and cannibalization of itself
it sucks and deserves to be forgotten
edit'sorry i repeated myself abit, im tired
I think I saw a few early in, but not since.
not interested also don't pay for television
Sheen and Cryer had good chemistry, but I would never say the show was actually "good". Anyone watching it now is just doing it out of habbit - Sheen WAS the entire show.
do you have an antenna hooked up to your pc?
no, mostly because i'm not interested. there's tons of things to watch legally online that i like. i watch too much tv already.
It was funny with Sheen.
Not so much with Kutcher.
Yup (occasionally) and nope. Stopped being funny 3 years ago (kinda like the HSS).
No x 2.
I caught an episode or two and every joke was predictable and hacky. Also, I'll never watch any modern comedy with a laugh track. It's manipulative and an insult to the audience.
Angus told me not to.
No, both versions look terrible. I did happen to, not long ago, see a minute of one of the re runs and noticed that they were having John Cryer play a heterosexual. I didn't think he could pass. Then I learned that he's actually married to a female irl. I would've bet my life that he was gay.
