How wrong was the NY Post to publish this pic?? Why didn't Howard address this?

This is some fucked up shit...a homeless/vagrant dude pushes a guy to his death on the subway, and some fuck nuts takes a pic and sells it to the Post??? There is a special place in hell for this guy.
My only thought would be to help this guy...not take a pic.
I am embarrassed for all NY subway riders who didn't even try to help.

But the real question is, was the subway delayed? Or did the strap hangers have to wait while this guy's brains were hosed down..

    So many dilemma's in life:

Should I help the man off the tracks?

    or

Should I take out my phone and take a picture of him getting killed?

Said he was too far away to help the guy, but he also said that he was running towards the guy when he took the pic

Then the Post tried to back track and say that it was a photo from the security camera...If I were the wife, I would sue the Post into bankruptcy for publishing that..

yeah that photo looks like the guy was running too. i know what happens when i try to take a picture with my Nikon while running: they all come out as clear as the one in the paper too.

and monkeys will fly out my ass.

I call Bullshit!!! A running pic would be blurry...and if you are intent on helping a guy, you wouldn't be taking a pic at the same time...That guy should be ashamed...and if he is Indian...karma is going to be a bitch for him..

Yeah I should have clarified that part sounded like a lie but it did sound plausible that he was too far away

initially he told the paper that he was using his camera flash to warn the train engineer.

the backpedaling is strong with this one.

yes but there is also the NYC Good Samaritan law. if they wanted to, they could make a case because he failed to assist. it would be a stretch except that he did initially claim to have attempted to save the guy by flashing at the engineer.

No she could claim pain and suffering....and get lots of punitive damages from a jury....a jury would be sympathetic to that...
maybe you lawyer types could comment on this...
