As most of you know I sold my F-150 and cashed out 20 grand in debt and freed up some extra cash to pay shit off. It went swimingly and now I'm taking steps to initiate PHASE 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6 acres of heavilly timbered land with a year round creek

It sits in the middle of the St. Joe National Forest and it's less than I sold my P/u for. :jerk:

Nice flat spot to build my cabin and close to a million acres of national forest surround it. :dancin:

Is this a permanent home, or a weekend getaway Mack? Looks awesome.

Have you considered a log cabin?

Weekend and hunting getaway along with something to do in retirement.

I'm planning on building an A-frame because the snow loads are redonkulously high.

Oh right good thinking. Good luck, will you be building this yourself in your spare time, or having it done by others sooner?

Nope, it's high in elevation but it gets a bit moity in the spring (my father inlaw owns 20 acres a couple miles away.)

:lo5: Even if I have to resort to dial up. :yay:

I've been checking out the construction of the A frames at 3 rivers resort (on my sales route) and I'll rough it in and hire a buddy to do the finish work. I don't want the structure to cost more than 25~30k

Do the major changes include drinking and popping 24 xanax in two days, and threating to hunt down posters?
