    Stupid people.
"Striking" - Listening to the Money Grubbing Union
    LOSE their Jobs.

    I applaud Hostess Action. :rip2:

The Union Will lose 22% of it's members. :giggle:
Hope they(union) Pay Unemployment benefits to those 18,000 that are losing jobs.

Depending on the STATE they reside they May not be eligible for Unemployment Benefits. :tflip:

    I applaud Hostess Action.
They stood up to the Union.
They gave them a DROP DEAD DATE.
They said WE WILL CLOSE if people don't work.
People REFUSED to return work because of Union.

    So who's to blame?

Well, you could blame the executives who want the employees to cut their bargained for benefits and take an 8% pay-cut while executives received 80% raises.

Sure. The company's fiscal demise was related solely to the unions. It couldn't possibly be because their marketing and sales force wasn't able to Market and SELL their products better, right? And there was nowhere else to cut costs than pensions and salaries, right?

These are the tired laments from all failed companies.

I know the folks at Little Debbie and Pepperidge Farms are probably doing a happy dance.

The only product they made that I liked were Funny Bones. They stopped making them years ago. The company is blaming the union but who is buying that shit anyway? It was an easy way out for the company and they have the union as a scapegoat.

The Right Wing Noise Machine will say the union shuttered Hostess. Again, Hostess execs took huge pay raises while asking employees to cut bargained for benefits and decreased pay.

Gotta love how cons are okay with large corporations whose executives get paid very well going back on their word.

Moreover, Hostess suffers, somehow, from Americans becoming more health-concious. In the context of an obese nation, I don't know how that can happen. How the hell are Americans health-concious? There are more fat-fucks waddling around than ever before.
