This Week's Assessment: Went pretty good. Was able to hit all my workouts, but didn't go for daily hour walks as per my plan. Also I haven't gone drinking in many weeks, and the plan was actually to stay sober for at least another week until I go visit my parents, but yesterday my friend had a bday party so I went and got drunk. The biggest problem with drinking for me is that I HAVE TO eat something big and greasy before I go to bed, like a pizza or something. Also the next day I feel too shitty to workout and want more greasy food.
This Week's Goal: Well in just over a week I go see my parents, so if I'm able to get this week 100% perfect with the diet and workouts and walks and everything, I think the results will be amazing. So definitely that's the plan but it's way harder said than done. As long as I at least hit my workouts, I know my body's getting healthier.
