If you don't feel badly enough or concerned enough to see a doctor at this point you may want to start with this
* Keep a food & drink log + weight log + exercise log
* For food and drink log include every single thing you ingest into your body. Give as much detail as you can on the type of food, amount and brand name if it is not a whole food.
* Post all the logs here @ least once a week each week. Daily would be better especially to start
* Food and drink log break it down daily by each meal + note time of day of each meal or drink outside of a meal
* Weigh yourself in the morning when you get up & at night before bed. Each time weigh yourself with no clothes on for comparative accuracy
