You have got to have pretty low self-esteem to work in a job like that, seems like it is pretty unfulfilling work plus add on top of that a poisonous work environment with low pay.
I think that is why Langford ultimately left, it was a BS job that will go no where, how can you have respect for yourself if all your typical stories are reporting on what Bobo or High Pitch are doing.
There was also a time when she did a story about JD getting a hair cut and actually went to the salon with him to do a news report on it. Another one of her gems was when she interviewed a Spanish teacher on the proper way to pronounce "guacamole."
By far her most embarassing behavior is when she is on a red carpet or some event that Howard is also at. She will get a celebrity to come up to her and these are her go to questions. "What do you think of Howard Stern?" "What makes Howard so great?" "Why is Howard such a great interviewer?"
If someone could get clips of every celebrity interview she has done I guarantee one of those questions will always be asked.
I see most media types as unnecessary and redundant parasites on productive society. They produce nothing, they deal primarily in gossip, and wouldn't know a real day's work if they saw one. When you see 100 people lined up outside someone's front door for a "story" anytime a scandal happens you know we have too many of them. She's barely on the HS channels anyway. She's obviously not going to be there past the end of this contract and maybe not even that long.
“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it." ~Frederic Bastiat
