I have ribs and chicken drumsticks I need to cook on the kettle.
I have them in the fridge, salted and seasoned. What do I do now? :db:
What temp do I aim to have the kettle at and approx. how long for 25 drumsticks and most 3 things of ribs from a Costco rib pack.
I know I will need to do them in separate batches.
