Wednesday September 4th ALS listening thread
Surprised nobody posted a thread yet.
Artie's guests are David Epstein, Joe DeRosa, Jimmy Palumbo and music from Popa Chubby.
I think all these guys have been in before. This is like Popa Chubby's 3rd appearance.
Epstein's book is interesting, might make for a decent interview.
Happy Birthday to Jon Ritchie!
Holy shit the anthology of black athletes was so boring, skip right past that, who gives a shit
It was a joke
Monday's show was pretty good since there was very little talk with Bocchetti. I was hoping they had realized how putting so much focus on him was killing the show. Then they spend the entire opening segment talking to that dipshit last nite.
I did just that then turned the show off during the last hour or the last 45 minutes

+1 skipped Epstein's segment

Art sounds great this week! These breaks seem to charge his battery. Hell, run the show Mon-Thur and see how that goes.
He was asked to name two black people he's friends with, and he said an old lady from his neighborhood they would help out and his doctor he saw as a child.

Also, this is pretty depressing. 3 shows this week and only one listening thread (re-run on Monday; Tues-Thurs were new). Maybe it should be a weekly listening thread from now on?
