It's been a long time. I cancelled Sirius and threw out the radios. I downloaded torrents of the show once or twice over the years, when Jackie was a guest. Otherwise that was that, I was fed up and had merely to make the final cut. It still makes me sad what happened to the show. I frequent this place to see if karma has managed to find time to bite Howard in the ass yet.
A sinkhole under Chimneyville South would be entertaining, especially if he and Beth were trapped on a ledge where they could be seen and heard calling for help, but they could not be reached. And at night, the albino alligators climb higher out of the bottom of the sinkhole, possibly attracted by the moonlight. At last, Howard is faced with either sacrificing himself to the hungry albino alligator or watching Beff perish... and he shoves Beff off the fragment of rock they'e been clinging to. Beff falls into the open maw of the hungry alligator and voids her bowels, releasing a yard-long turd which curls neatly upon itself as the albino alligator snaps and chomps her bizarrely elongated body into small pieces. Her head is left, grinning sardonically, eyes wide open, staring up at Howard. The stench of the immense turd Beff laid fills the sinkhole.
After Artie left and all I heard in the studio was 10x more Robin Pon-level inane yammering to try to "fill the void"...Howard lost about 100% of his wit, I quit...It was causing me to hate and rage against inanimate objects...punching ghosts in the face...want to drive my car into a friggin BRIDGE embankment!
lol, you cunt. Did you ever end up getting an e-ciggy?
Thanks for checking in, needledick! Here in my state RJ Reynolds launched this thing called VUSE...gonna try this out for a couple of weeks as I have a buddy who calls on them as a client and can buy at the company store on the cheap...just got it today, will report back.
Late 2010" Started listening to O&A thinking that Stern would retire. By mid 2011 listened to O&A regularly (it was better) and only caught Stern on HTV because he was broadcasting so little everything would be covere there
Late 2011. AGT announcement made, HTV cancelled. I have not listened since then except for clips posted on this website
2006 and 2007 were great on sirius, 2 of howard's best years ever
2008 show was getting worse and howard started to evolve, still remained good though
2009 evolution in full swing, rather than carrying the show Artie started to become a detriment, show was not good
2010 show was pretty bad with Robin stepping up to fill the void and Howard refusing to hire a comedian
You may remember a period, shortly after Artie's banishment, when Howard spent a solid month discussing the 'rumors' that he was joining the American Idol judging panel.
Howard, a man who used to yawn at his NYPost cover items, was all aglow that morning news teams in Nebraska were mentioning his name in association with American Idol. After the cache of midwestern local news mentions had been exhausted, Howard would embark on his daily session of Edgy Things I Would Say To Ellen Degeneres If I Were On American Idol.
This, notably, prompted the legendary Dina phone call (in which Howard, having been called out on his American Idol nonsense, erupts with ad hominem attacks against a perfectly reasonable fan).
