I was chubby a year or two ago. I didn't give a shit about my diet, I drank too much, I smoked and I rarely got off my ass. I realized I hated it and I found myself looking like shit. The double chin and the pouch didn't look good on me. When I realized it affected my sex life (it just wasn't that good anymore) I decided it was enough. I started working out 3+ times a week and eating healthy. Today, I'm in top shape, getting pretty close to ripped and man, I never felt better.
