So it turns out I gained 8 lbs back and I'm now back up to 395. I blame it on my vacation. Since last week I have been eating a lot more subway. Also does anybody have any healthy snack ideas?

AG always have cut up veggies, grilled chicken breast, cooked brown rice and fruit in the house. Hit the gym 3 times a week for full body workouts, 15 reps min each set. On game day alt 1 brew then 1 water and use hummus instead of dips, turkey brats and turkey burgers on wraps and walk after dinner every night.
