and a rough idea of what the person who made it called it. she said it was called something like "hearty roulay," (roulet?) but a web search doesn't come up with any such recipe. anyone heard of anything close to this?
it's made in a crock pot and has a really thick, pasty consistency. these are some of the ingredients i could taste in it or figure out:
