First of all brown rice is a must. If you don't like brown rice, Fuck You.
Make a pot of rice the day before and refrigerate over night.
Then add these vegetables.
1/2 small zucchini
2 stalks of bok choy. Separate leaves and save for use in an awesome salad later on.
1/2 onion chopped
4 cloves of garlic
(ignore the red bell pepper slice. I didn't use it.)
