Did they pull you over and make you perform field sobriety tests?
Or just let you drive on through?
Nope, they just waived me through. I was sober by the way.
I hadn't had anything to drink, just asked for my license, looked at it, gave it back and told me to have a nice evening
friend was wasted driving me and two other people. he took out his fake id from his wallet when he pulled up to checkpoint by accident. night didn't turn out great for him.
https://twitter.com/mrcheckpoint warns of check point locations.
Theres also an app for your phone.
Did you guys bail him out?
no way, we were like 17 at the time. and we were furious at him because there were a million places he could have turned off to avoid the checkpoint. plus we were waiting in line and he had plenty of time to hide his fake id or at least take out his real id so thered be no confusion. the rest of us ended up getting appearance tickets for open containers in the car or something. and we had to walk long ass way home. he got a dwi and possession of a forged instrument (i think?) which was a class c felony
My instrument is forged out of disappointment and Friday night tears.
U drink and drive its only a matter of time before you get grabbed. Its big money for the town. How many guys have some weed on them for the daily double Drinking and weed.
I've been stopped. Cop just asked if I had anything to drink, I said "I'm on my way home from work but I will be later" He just smiled and told me to have a good evening. Cute cop too
We went through one once, we hadn't been drinking so, they waved us through.
We were a bunch of young guys so, they looked at us pretty closely.
I lot of flashlights to the eyes and leaning into the car windows.
"Before you go, miss, there's just one more thing..."
I once did a U-turn to avoid one and got away.
No, he didn't ask me to blow his "breathalyzer"
"... take care of the kid."
Should of took care of the kid.
How low cut was the top you were wearing? And were nipples hard and playing peek-a-boo ?
I was coming home from work, so nothing interesting.
Not a checkpoint but got yanked, cuffed and stuffed. I tried to explain that the wind blew my 89 mustang get convertible all over the place but he didn't believe me.
Ended up with a 0.053 bac. Back then DUI was 0.1. All charges dropped.
