    All of the above - why tinker with this pattern of comedy gold? He'll also mention how Dave was the reason why he and beefus allegedly met at some dinner party.

    One thing Howard won't do is move the needle for Dave's ratings, as compared to the other big name guests in the last few weeks.

    Whereas the formerly live Howard might have gone out with a bang with lesbians doing their thing, this present cadaver incarnation, knowing that the audience reach will never likely be wider, will probably have ready and queued up about 5 heavily and poorly photoshopped pics of his faux modoe, in an attempt to pimp some life into her career that never got off the starting blocks.

    All of this plus shouting when he doesn't need to (which he has done on every appearance) while Dave just sits there and watches the train wreck and says "No, no, Howard..." He'll say something that sound phony instead of just saying "Dave, thanks for having me on and giving me national exposure when no one else would touch me. It meant a lot to me personally and professionally." If he says that, I'll never say another bad word about him (this does not apply to that vile cunt he's married to).

    Also - nice touch by Kimmel showing a re-run on Dave's last night. Let's go Fallon, you asshole. Step up.
