    anyone read this?

So far, so good. Typical Stephen King with his overly descriptive working of the environment, and ignoring potential future ball busters (things that get glossed over and then wind up making a huge difference).

There's an over arching storyline, even some side stories, but the real entertainment is learning in depth what it was like to live in the 1958-1963 timeframe.

im at the part now where he's teaching in ft worth and just moved in to spy on Oswald. Not bad but not horrendously awesome. It's no dark tower, but it's readable.

    Probably a 90000-part mini series

The book was one of King's best imo. I loved the references to It when he was in Derry.

Yes, it was a mesmerizing book mixing fact with fiction. One afternoon I was reading it on my nook outside Starbucks and had to laugh cuz a woman sat down at the next table shlepping the actual hefty 900 page book. It's a big robust storyline.

Eight episode mini series on Hulu. Produced by JJ Abrams

The miniseries was pretty entertaining if you like science fiction shows.

Fuck. I thought it was new.

I totally grabbed it to read on a flight... Knew nothing about the book... The flight was to Dallas/ft worth.

    File sharing!

Living in Europe, that's the only way I can keep up with all the shows. I would post my go-to sites for you, but DAWG has a zero tolerance for posting links or those sites, you'll need to find them on your own. Sorry

I read the book about 2 years ago. I thought it was pretty good but a little too long in the middle. I didn't care about Jake putting on a school play or helping little Billy learn to read.

Just finished the mini series the other day. I like James Franco, but as usual, it looked like he was sleepwalking through the show. A couple of differences from the book but it was a decent show. The lead actress on the show is a cutie
