    Some interesting stuff.......

    Solway Firth Astronaut
    [IMG]

Jim Templeton was in a marsh taking photos of his young daughter and after getting them developed there appeared to have been a Spaceman in full astronaut gear standing behind her. Except there wasn’t anyone else around while they were there. Even Kodak verified that it was not tampered with.

    WWI Airman ghost
    [IMG]

This group picture of some soldiers was taken in 1919 so no photoshop has been used here. The photographer didn’t see that shadowed face when the picture was taken. First later some of the soldiers saw the picture and recognized the face as a fellow soldier named Freddy Jackson, who died in an accident caused by an airplane propeller two days earlier.

    The Mysterious Hinterkaifeck Murders
    [IMG]

In Germany, 1922, the murders of six people at the Hinterkaifeck farmstead shocked the nation. This wasn’t just because of the gruesome nature of the case, but also because the case was so incredibly weird, and it remains unsolved to this day. Over 100 people were interviewed in the murder, but no one was ever arrested. No motive was ever established as to explain the murders. The previous maid had left 6 months earlier, saying the home was haunted. The new maid arrived only hours before the murders. It is believed that the perpetrator(s) remained at the farm for several days – someone had fed the cattle, and eaten food in the kitchen: the neighbours had also seen smoke from the chimney during the weekend. This photo depicts one of the victims as he lay in the house barn.

    The Phoenix Lights
    [IMG]

The Phoenix Lights were a series of widely sighted unidentified flying objects, seen by 1000s of people, observed in the skies over Arizona, Nevada in the United States, and Sonora, Mexico on Thursday, March 13, 1997.There were allegedly two distinct events involved in the incident: a triangular formation of lights seen to pass over the state, and a series of stationary lights seen in the Phoenix area. The United States Air Force identified the second group of lights as flares dropped by A-10 Warthog aircraft that were on training exercises at the Barry Goldwater Range in southwest Arizona. The lights were reported to have reappeared in 2007 and 2008, but these events were quickly attributed to (respectively) military flares dropped by fighter aircraft at Luke Air Force Base and flares attached to helium balloons released by a civilian

    The falling body
    [IMG]

As the Cooper’s move into their new home in Texas, they take a photograph of the family sitting together, but as the photo is taken, a body falls from the ceiling.

    Hessdalen Light
    [IMG]

Unusual lights have been reported here since 1940s or earlier. Especially high activity of Hessdalen lights took place from December 1981 until the summer of 1984 when lights were observed 15–20 times per week. The frequency of the lights caused a gathering of numerous tourists staying there overnight to see the phenomenon. Since then, the activity has decreased and now the lights are observed some 10–20 times per year. The Hessdalen light most often is a bright, white or yellow light of unknown origin standing or floating above the ground level. Sometimes the light can be seen for more than one hour. There are several other types of unexplained lights observed in the Hessdalen valley

    Time Traveling Hipster
    [IMG]

People believe that this photograph, taken in 1941 at the re-opening of the South Forks Bridge in Gold Bridge, Canada, is depicting a man in seemingly modern dress and style, with a camera that is advanced well beyond its time. The circle on the left illustrates a man with a camera typical to the time-period

    Black Knight Satellite mystery
    [IMG]

Legend has it that in orbit around the Earth is a mysterious, dark object which dates back perhaps 13 000 years. Its origin and purpose are inscrutable, dubbed the “Black Knight” this elusive satellite has allegedly been beaming signals towards the Earth and inspected by NASA astronauts yet only a few on Earth officially know of its existence. The origin of the ominous name is part of the enigma; it is impossible to discover who first called it this or indeed why. Humans have only in the last 60 years had the technology to launch a man-made object into space so what is the logical explanation of tales of an alien intruder on our doorstep?

9/11 attack – South Tower woman
    [IMG]

In these two photographs of the gaping hole the plane crashed into the South Tower of of the WTC on 9/11, you can see a woman standing on the edge of the hole waving. Her name is Edna Clinton, and the mystery many people say of these photos is that she actually was a survivor. People inquire how she was able to survive everything that happened at that location, then go on to make it out of the building.

The Madonna with Saint Giovannino and a UFO
    [IMG]

This painting is called “The Madonna with Saint Giovannino”. It was painted in the 15th century by Domenico Ghirlandaio (1449-1494) and hangs as part of the Loeser collection in the Palazzo Vecchio. Above Mary’s right shoulder is a disk shaped object. Below is a blow up of this section and a man and his dog can clearly be seen looking up at the object.

    Grand Canyon Mystery
    [IMG]

This is about my Uncle. I think it was the late 70s or 80s; I cant remember which, but my uncle is old hes like 50 now. Anyway he took a trip to the Grand Canyon with his friends. They were driving along the grand canyon and stopped near this area with hedges/brush on the side of the canyon and decided to take one of your standard funny Grand Canyon pictures. They had a really funny idea; my uncle was to stand on the side of the canyon with a fishing rod and pretend to fish off the side of the canyon. So they ended up taking the picture, and shortly after packed up and drove off. So they took the roll to be developed and when they saw the picture they noticed something very strange. In the picture, not far behind my Uncle, was a man dressed in all black with pale white skin standing there in the brush just staring at the camera with a knowing smirk on his face. He said he and his two friends were in that spot for about 15 minutes. My Uncle and his friends claimed that they did not know this man, that they were the only ones in the spot, and the Grand Canyon was vacant of tourists at this time of year.

    Babushka Lady
    [IMG]

The Babushka Lady is a nickname for an unknown woman present during the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy who might have photographed the events that occurred in Dallas’ Dealey Plaza at the time JFK was shot. The Babushka Lady was seen to be holding a camera by eyewitnesses and was also seen in film accounts of the assassination. She was observed standing on the grass between Elm and Main streets and she can be seen in the Zapruder film as well as in the films of Orville Nix, Marie Muchmore, and Mark Bell (44 seconds and 49 seconds into the Bell film: even though the shooting had already taken place and most of her surrounding witnesses took cover, she can be seen still standing with the camera at her face). After the shooting, she crossed Elm Street and joined the crowd that went up the grassy knoll in search of a gunman. She is last seen in photographs walking east on Elm Street and the police and the FBI did not find her, and the film shot from her position never turned up.

    Dyatlov Pass incident
    [IMG]

9 experienced mountaineers succumb to mysterious deaths on ‘Dead Mountain’. The picture above was taken by the rescue crew. The tent had been ripped open from the inside, and the hikers had run barefoot out into heavy snow. A search operation found most of the victims between 300 and 600 metres of a nearby cedar, dying in poses that suggest they were attempting to return to the tent. 6 of the hikers died of hypothermia, but three died of fatal injuries; two with major chest fractures and one with major skull damage and a missing tongue. There was no sign of a struggle and no unexplained footprints. The strangest part of all this is that items of clothing worn by the hikers that were examined in the investigation were found to be highly radioactive. The official investigation wrote that ‘A compelling natural force’ was the cause of deaths.

Umm, most of these were explained. Double exposure and photoshop are the explanations for most of them.

This one was weird, the faces that appear in the old floor of a Spanish house kitchen.

Experts insist that it must be fake.
