14 year old McDonald's Hamburger looks pretty much the same as the day it was served

You could purchase top of the line beef and it wouldn't rot if kept properly. It's not the meat that is the problem here. It is the bread....what the fuck are they putting in the bread where it does not mold? Top of the line steak and hamburgers will either rot or mummify. No big deal. But bread? Uh....wtf are they serving for bread...?

even shitty wonderbread buns will mold after not too long. the only reason mcdonalds would want buns that don't mold is so they can store them unrefrigerated for very long periods of time. whatever they're made of, it tastes good.

mcdonalds isn't using high grade beef. my guess is it's longevity has something to do with the bacteria killers in the pink slime. they stopped using it, so i wonder if their current burgers would yield different results.

I saw a documentary of how they make their beef into patties and ship them out. I thought I was going to be disgusted, but they process so much beef and have so many quality controls you are getting a high quality product. If you think about it, they can't take a chance in just a few people getting sick, they would lose billions.

I know it sounds crazy, but compared to other burgers you are tempted to buy (whether chop meat or already formed at the supermarket) there is little difference. So I know you might call it a stretch to call the burger at the supermarket counter high quality, but it is probably the same as in McDonalds.

I'm not a shill, I'm just saying all things being equal McDonalds is probably no better or no worse than if you bought beef at your supermarket and made the hamburger yourself.

It's probably just as hot as the day it was sold too. McDonald's food is always lukewarm going on cold. If you're lucky, you catch them as a new batch of fries comes out of the fryer, and you get hot fries.

I'm pretty sure this is what you get when you eat anything from Mcdonalds, regardless of when it was cooked.

Are you insinuating that Tim Sabien ate the Sternburger , replaced with another then left his mark on the bathroom floor

By God I think you have solved the case

Could this be why the show is so shiity

They all have been eating Sternburgers

Why anyone would actually eat anything at all from mcdonalds is beyond my comprehension.

Seriously, thank you for posting this.

Every once in a while I will eat this crap simply because its cheap and convenient.

I need more reminders as to why I need to stop.

I bought some wraps and put them on my attic stairs because I don't eat them, and forgot about them, they are still there and are in perfect condition. I bought them over a year ago :omg:
