My lungs are going to look like such a wreck.
Counting up or counting down? If you're quitting, good luck. Hardest thing you'll ever do. Totally worth it.
Tried Chantix? I have three friends who quit with it. I hear it's not for everybody though.
Urgh. You need to stop that. PM me and I'll berate you privately.
Very kind of you.
It's hard to quit, but it would be the best thing you can do. Your family and friends might want you around for awhile.
Replace the cig with something else. Prescription painkillers. Works wonders. You know, when I smoked, I would have to interrupt guitar playing to grab a puff. Plus, all the weed I had to smoke, and the booze I had to drink. The cig gave the least bang for the buck. Still smoked when bored or whatever, I know how it is psychologically. I never actually felt the physical need though, even after smoking at least a pack a day for years. Anyway, after I really did the cost (cash and health)/ benefit analysis, I dropped it instantly. Several times over several years. Just the way it is. If you like it so much, smoke more. I eventually didn't like it so much and quit. Still enjoy the smell on occasion, but have moved on. Life is short anyway, why deny yourself a personal pleasure? End advice.
This is exactly how I quit cigs about 15 years ago.
I bought about 500 Vicodin and stayed high for about a week
No more cigs except when I'm blackout drunk and that's very rare nowadays
why would anybody under 75 smoke disgusting cigs, weed, dope etc....with the knowledge that we know now.
10 minutes times 19 cigarettes! How much time is that?!?!
Because the inhalation of smoke feels like an orgasm. I know i'm doing my health no good -- but, I love the sensation too much to quit
Go the vaper route worked for me haven't touch a cig since Jan. last year
I would think this would affect how many sweet kisses you get from the ladies.
does it feel that good? I've never smoked before...You think I should start?
I mostly pick up bar Flys. So bad breath isn't usually a factor.
That's exactly what my husband says.
