If you put 20% down, mortgage is roughly $950,000 per month

"Howard, wouldn't it be better if we forget that smelly house in Florida and get this one? It would be closer, and easier for my parents to come up!"

BethiePoo: "Pweeeeeze, Howie....can I have it? We need more space, so I can start a shelter with all the pretty little bulldogs and old feral cats....and each of them needs their own bedroom, and the Florida house doesn't have enough...."

Howard: "Maybe...just gotta see if I can sell some more Ass Fresheners and Cock Socks to my 125 remaining fans..."

If this ever gets discussed on the air certainly "Wiggy Logic" will prevail, in that he will declare "who the hell needs a $190million house" all the while ignoring his two sub-monster homes he has in PB and Chimneyville

What major celebrities live in that part of CT? Howard and Beth only live where the Hollywood and social elite play. CT is too low rent for them.

I would not want to live in CT, I'd rather have Howard's beach pad.

No, I'd rather buy 10 $20 million properties around the world, Hawaii, Florida, NYC, Paris, London, Malibu, Bahamas, etc.

It looks like the house that Sean Penn's character owned in Carlito's Way. You will undoubtedly remember the scene where the chick is jerking a guy off on a lawn chair.

That is a beautiful home. If I was a billionaire I would consider buying it. It's overpriced but the location where the house is located is amazing. You are getting a lot of land with the purchase.
