I think it looks terrible.
Why the fuck the Joker needs a grill is beyond me. Stupid.
trying too hard
Heres one of him in drag getting ready to dine on fido tartar..
Very over the top, is this a big budget hollywood movie? Seems like this would be the move for a low budget, shitty film, trying very hard.
So the retooled Joker look is now the equivalent of an albino NBA player. Interesting idea.
God damn, it's like a negative pic of the official pic!
Can't we just get a damn comic book incarnation that looks like the comic? Jack did it back in 1989 so what's the fucking problem?
That is without a doubt the worst "look" ever conceived for a comic book character. Fucking wretched.
The only plus is that "damaged" is tattooed across his forehead. That way, we will all know that The Joker is damaged while we watch the movie.
LOL even better!
You know, as a comic fan I can forgive them for changing certain things. Ledger's skin wasn't bleached, he didn't have the full green hair, he had scars on his face....
Good god, this is pathetic.
Needs more gay
I think I could forgive the tattoos if he just didn't have THAT FUCKING GRILL!
You probably already know this - but in a Batman 89 making of feature Nicholson talks about first getting a bright green wig. He says he told Burton that it's too much and looks like a cheap fright night kind of thing. He said they should tint it dark green but keep a darkness underneath which exists in the comics.
I take a look at this bright green hair and have to say Jack knew what he was talking about. It looks like a Halloween USA $6.95 hair coloring. Cheap and terrible.
