Wow, so that means at an average salary of $50,000 a year $10 million dollars of Howard's annual salary goes for payroll alone. The show comes first. So then why the hell are you doing AGT. This disrupts my vacation schedule. You are on vacation almost the entire year. I'm working so hard I don't know how I will get through the year. No, you found out that people in the TV business actually have to work and put in a full day. They don't get to work 4 hours a day 2 or 3 days a week.

When you consider that a staff of 200 only costs $10 million, the listener is really getting screwed aren't they. Hire 5 writers and 5 writing interns for chrissakes. It would be the best show ever.

He's so full of shit. There isn't even room at his studios and office for 200 employees. Letterman doesn't have 200 employees and The Late Show is a much bigger production.

He must be counting everybody that works for Sirius/XM, because, in his mind, none of them would have jobs if he did not step up and save the company. As far as he in concerned, all of those other channels are just filler, his show is what keeps the ship afloat. He really believes that once he quits the company will fail.

200 people? I think they are mistaking the people constantly bringing Quivers food for members of the staff.

200 people on staff? I don't think Howchie has 200 listeners.
