Please share your favorite Omar moments
He was in Dr. Zhivago and Lawrence of Arabia. If you haven't seen them, they are both classics.
we had hot, passionate sex in Barcelona in 1958
shitty how he got shot in that store by that kid
Doctor Zhivago was one of the greatest films of all time, IMO. Omar Sharif was a treasure.
Christ first Kenny Stabler and now this
ya but gone with the wind is a classic and its unwatchable. can't sit through melodramatic acting....oh look at me act
Born in Egypt, died in Egypt.
Omar was amazing!!!
Had kind of a sad old age.
Was a gambler and lived for free in a friend's hotel.
(Love that "Nicky Arnstein" clip!!!)
I always watch Funny Girl and Funny Lady when they're on.
That sounds pretty good to me.
Pretty sure my mom had the hots for him back in the 60s
Er'ryone had the hots for Omar in his prime!!!
Jewel of the Nile was my favorite of his films
Rushed straight home after work & put in my tape of Dr. Zhivago .... watching it right now ...
When the film Dr. Zhivago came out, the nuns in my Mother's grade school took them out of class to go see the film downtown (can you imagine that now-adays?) ... I swear a local TV station back home played it every year. I've seen it so many times I practically know the script by heart
Isn't that the movie with the really corny music
