NOT Carson Palmer
Not elite until he wins a super bowl.
Patriots Ravens rematch
give it 3 weeks
Group A: Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Peyton
Group B: Eli, Big Ben
Group C: Ryan, Stafford, Flacco, Rivers, Cutler, Schaub, Romo
TBA: Luck, RG3, Kaepernick, Wilson
Group Z: Sanchez
Flacco is a free agent next year. Maybe the Jets can get him.
he WILL have a franchise tag
Jet's fans have to be going insane, because it's almost a certainty that Sanchez will be under center for portions of the 2013 season. He's too salary cap expensive to cut (previous G.M. was a moron to give him a guaranteed extension). So what do they do?
Bring in another veteran? Who? Someone brittle or someone who couldn't cut it on his previous team? That guy will get hurt and/or under-perform and you're back to Sanchez.
Or do they draft someone? Who? None of the '13 class show much promise as a starter right away (especially where the Jets will be drafting) -- that rookie will have to hold the clipboard for a while.
So, you'll be dealing with starting QB Mark Sanchez again. A guy who has absolutely zero chance of guiding a team to a Superbowl victory. I'm not a Jets fan or hater. Just feeling sorry for you.
i wouldn't even put Romo in there
Brady is in a category all his own. And I don't like saying that.
that motherfucker played his heart out
reverse Eli and Peyton.
Eli has as many rings as John Elway.
Peyton has as many as Trent Dilfer.
He's no Rex Grossman.
Romo has as many as Dan Marino, Fran Tarkenton, Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, Dan Fouts, all better than Dilfer. Does that make Romo better than Peyton?
