I never watched any of these shows, but I know about Maude from being a Golden Girls fan. Also, my ringtone is the Sanford and Son theme song, which I first heard on King of the Hill.

I catch the reruns of All in the Family on Antenna TV every evening without fail. I grew up on that show.

Love these shows but not a big fan of Sanford & Son and The Jeffersons. Good Times was just shit.

Antenna TV was running a "One Day at a Time" marathon yesterday. As far as hokey formulaic sitcoms go, he really was a master. Shit still holds up.

Its funny how these shows were so "shocking" but allowed on tv back then. NOW you wouldn't be able to get All in the Family made at all. Our country is going backwards, not forwards.

first time I ever watched an episode of Maude was in the county jail, just about a year ago

I was in a cell 22&2 they called it.. essentially the hole. because the hole is 23 hours in a cell and where I was it was 22 hours in your cell

some badass dude got jumped on his block and they moved him to my cell and he had a TV and I watched like 4 hours of Maude for 2 days

I love that show now & I would totally fuck Bea Arthur, but im not so sure she would have sex with a goy like me

Yup, they weren't afraid of tossing that word around on Sanford & Son either.
