    It was a corrupt shithole full of murderers and street hustlers long before Katrina. They don't have the capability nor desire to put in the hardwork necessary to rebuild.

    The roller coaster at the bottom was removed after Katrina and rebuilt at Fiesta Texas in San Antonio and renamed the Goliath.
