Oh no... His show was so good!
Can't he go back to doing phone scams for Mancow?
you post a link with his name spelled correctly and you still got it wrong on your thread title.
never heard of him
I was more bummed about Dealin' Straight being cancelled. I was the president of their 20 member fanclub.
Yep. He even did the same voices and characters on his Sirius show that he used to do for Mancow.
So many plans and initiatives going on at 100&101 (Tim Sabien voice)
They did bring it up in one podcast. Basically said that Sabien supported his show and as soon as he got promoted/demoted that the new manager wanted to make changes. He also said that Tim would want them on another SiriusXM channel, but that podcast was a month or so before Sabien got canned.
they said the support was the fact that they never bugged them or told them how to do the show. They were sorta vague about it.
i enjoyed that show too. Wiggy loves taking things away his fans enjoy.
Abe was Mancows producer,
Tim was a program director for the station , he more than likely recruited Abe and his Funny men to copy what Bubba had done , and was promised the world by Tim and Howard but they got nothing , their only contribution was picking up Evil David Letterman for his segments , before Abe Stern had to fly him into NYC from Chicago
Yeah, Beth broke her foot so she couldn't go to the funeral for Howard101
Howard thanked Marci Turk at the end of the birthday show.
Scott Ferrall used to call in to Mancow for comedy sports bits as well. I think both him and Abe were Tim Sabean hires.
His show was HARRRIBLE and unlistenable. I always thought it was funny that Howard never even acknowledged that it was was on his channels. The two lawyer criminal equally harrrrible.
Another interesting tidbit was that the new program director for Howard when Tim left wanted less live programming on 101 and more replays.
Abe's show sucks, but the last 15 minutes of episode 7 was worth listening to.
Remember when Howard was so scary talented he wanted 4 channels to program.
