This explains his need to crowd fund it.

To be fair what hasn't robin liked prior to it being released
For once I would like these guys to say a movie is bad when they see a screener rather then a year and a half later

When a movie sucks balls Howard always has an excuse for not seeing it, like he had today.

I purchased it on amazon and made it about half way through so far. It is not good. I'll finish it, but it is disappointing so far, like watching his podcast (same bits, etc.)

In that scene with David Alan Grier, they're at Brents Deli.

I almost went there today, they have great corned beef.

It made $113,000 its opening weekend. I take it it's a limited release?

Do you guys think his friendship with the Rotten Tomatoes folks will influence the reviews they put up?

    I'm cynical.

    That's weird.

A lot of times they try to make the trailer funny. It encourages people to see the movie.

I like Carolla, but that looks bad.

I enjoyed "The Hammer" and loved him on the "Man Show" but this man can't act.

I'll determine whether or not to see it after all the reviews come out. The trailer left me cold.

I saw it on VOD from my couch yesterday for $6.99. I liked it. If you are a fan of his podcast or "The Hammer", you will too.

    Respectably disagree.

Big fan of his, and liked the Hammer, but this was so much of the same material he's rehashed on his shows, it contained almost no new material, and thus fell short on the laughs. And Hammer had much more heart.

Didn't think it was very good, imo.

Did you notice Fred would only say "It has a great cast." He actually said it twice, once before Adam was on the phone and then during his call.
