The Vikings were looking great this year. Not sure what losing Peterson is going to do to them... :bigthink

I've torn my meniscus 4 times to where I now have virtually none
I can tell you if he is gone 3-4 months it is bad because I was fine after like 5 weeks and I didn't have access to half the rehab resources he does. I tore 70 percent of mine one time and was walking and fine in 5 weeks. This is a bad one. I bet he doesn't come back at all

I actually think thenvikings will be the same if not better. They have a great young defense and Bradford looks solid. As long as he can dump a five yard pass to a TE or RB they can still have a decent running game. Plus frankly the NFL isn't built on running teams anymore but passing. Running backs help a lot but they don't win games for you like they once did. Look at the average touches per position and running back is number one at being down

If this is true I hope they put him on IR quick so I can just drop him and move on.

If this happens to fifty or sixty more players the Bears might have a shot.

He wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire anyway. McKinnon and Asiata were serviceable replacements the year AP was suspended for beating his kid.

McKinnon made it through waivers and was available this morning. I had no one on my team that I wanted to cut. Soon as this news hit AP owner cut AP and Christine Michael to pick up McKinnon and Asiata.

The upside is that there will be another hard running RB ready to draft in 15 or so yrs after all the practice of running to evade beatings.

Yeah, it is a passing league, but when you have a defense like that, a bell cow back running out the clock is what you want.

He did well enough to beat those pansy Packers.
