Discussion in 'The Howard Stern Show' started by Nemo, Sep 9, 2015.
On NBC, America’s Got Talent earned a 2.0, down three tenths from last week's 2.3 adults 18-49 rating.
Is this a new low?
That NCIS rerun is FIERCE competition!
NCIS and a Shark Tank remake match AGT in the 18-49 demo almost and best it in overall viewers.
Two cheap and easy to make remakes of shows beat AGT. NCIS and Shark Tank are just genre television (mystery show and game show)
that t.v. has been knocking out cheaply for 50 years.

The 5th live performance continues its trend downward. Going into the finale next week, the show stayed on average this season and posted a 2.0 rating. It is pretty clear that Stern will never see a live show of his go above a 3.0 rating...his 4 year streak will continue. What will happen next week on the Finale? Who will watch? The second half of the Tuesday Finale show will go up against Dancing with the Stars while the first half goes up against a special Tuesday edition of Big Brother, so more competition for Stern and AGT. Last year's finale was the lowest rated in show history with a 2.4 rating. Could next week be even lower? With that type of competition, it is very, very possible. Would be funny to see the show "send off" Stern with a below 2.0 rating...a mark on his relevance. NBC can say so long to Howie Stern...and they will tell him to take his historic low ratings with him.

Just yesterday Howard asked Sharon Osborne if she looks at the ratings of The Talk when she's absent from the show. He is ratings obsessed. Yet when it comes to AGT, he has said time and time again that he has no way of knowing what the ratings are, or how they've been impacted by his joining the cast. It's like we're dealing with a guy with half our intelligence, but thinks he's twice as smart as us.
Nice to see Gunky swinging big Hollywood dick in these final shows.
Sirius and other prospective employers have to be blown away by his star power. Clearly, he would be a huuuuuugggggge asset to an organization.
The country am spoken! They can't get enough of America's Judge!
I love these threads @Nemo, @puncher!! I love seeing the immediate drop off when Wiggy signed on.
What is he saying robin?
Someone turn up the AC. Robin's melting
Why do I get the feeling that Robin attends these things as some form of job security?
Even the plate spinners are embarrassed for him.
#1 again with over 10 million viewers, nice increase from last year's semi-finals. Howard is money in the bank for his employers.
