http://www.mmamania.com/2015/12/14/...artbreak-tears-jose-aldo-ufc-194-knockout-mma I remember the first time I ever got fired from a job, I was devastated. The last time? Pfffft ... I was in the strip club by sundown. Point is, getting embarrassed in front of your friends and peers isn't as hard when it happens on the reg, which I would imagine holds true with losing. Could explain why Jose Aldo was inconsolable after his loss to Conor McGregor at UFC 194 last Saturday night (Dec. 12, 2015) in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was unfamiliar territory. That's what happens when you're the king of the hill for over a decade. Make no mistake about it, prior to his "Sin City" shellacking (see it here), Aldo was the pound-for-pound best fighter in all of mixed martial arts (MMA). In fact, I picked him to beat "Notorious." Hey, there's a reason they call me "Nostradumbass." Anyway, McGregor is the new champion and by stopping Aldo, legitimized all the smack he's been talking from day one. As for "Junior," I would imagine he'll go into hiding for awhile -- a la Ronda Rousey -- then come back reinvigorated and nastier than ever. Time will tell.
