I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic in August this year, it's been driving great. Then today I was making a somewhat sharp left turn and heard a grinding sound in my front right wheel, made this sound for about 30 seconds then it went back to normal. I pulled my car over and looked at the front right wheel and it looked just fine, I drove the rest of the way home and was just fine. Should I take it in to be checked? What could this be?

As long as it righted itself I wouldn't sweat it, but next time you're getting your oil changed at your friendly neighborhood Honda dealer have them look it over.

Make a few more sharp turns in a parking lot to see if it happens again.
Rule out a bit of plastic from the front fender rubbing on your wheel first.
Check your front brakes and cv joints first after ruling out the simple stuff.

If for nothing else it can help later on if it persists and they cant find it until you're JUST out of warranty.

Yea, It's only in the wheel I shouldn't have to worry, it's probably either an issue of Brake, Axle (not likely), or maybe Bearing? If I notice anything further then I'll just bite the bullet and take it in.

Probably something silly like a piece of debris (gravel) wedged between your pad and rotor, but do mention it during your next service. FWIW, I work in the service department at a dealership. This is what I do 50+ hours a week.
