For as long as I can remember, I haven't had a normal night's sleep. I always have trouble falling asleep, no matter what pattern I get into. After a healthy 8 hour sleep I sometimes feel tired and shitty all day and can fall asleep after two hours of being awake. Sometimes after a crazy long day I'm wide awake and can't fall asleep when I want to. Nothing makes sense in terms of sleep in my life. Tonight I downright skipped an entire night, which I do every so often. I know I'm gonna feel like a zombie for the entire day. It sucks. Any of you also dealing with this shit?
