Any motivation tips to get started on a new diet/fitness plan?

    Not tips on what to eat or an exercise plan, that's the easy part.

    But advice on actually being motivated enough to 1) start a plan and then 2) stick with it, build momentum, etc.

    I find myself waking up with all the right intentions and by that night I'm back in "Fuck working out... have some beer and pizza instead" mode.

    Put up a bunch of posters of muscular guys all around your house.

    I've been taking 200mg caffeine pills pre-workout for years. It motivates you even when you don't feel like working out and caffeine pills have zero calories. :woot:

    Think about it next GF, but you want to show up. Or a girl that you want to hook up with, but she might be Ottavio Lee for now. Or just think of the higher caliber of trim that you'll be pulling once you get Bawlf.

    diets don't work, they are just temporary. if you want to maintain, it requires a lifestyle (not sexually) change.
