Post your favorites. I always loved the band, they helped shape me as a musician. Thank god I superseded their talent, but never their writing. Plus, they were always great on the show.

Hard to believe that everyone in the band is dead.

I love the Ramones. My favorite Ramone was Dee Dee. I love Dee Dee's rap album called Standing In The Spotlight. Whenever I need a laugh Dee Dee rapping brings my spirit right back up.

Not a huge fan but, I remember seeing them at the Hollywood Palladium in 1980 or so.

I drove over there on a whim and bought a scalpers ticket and made my way into the crowd at the front of the stage.

They were bickering the whole time which was hilarious but, they sounded great

    Pretty surreal show.

It was blisteringly hot in there and I walked out of there drenched in sweat, about 90% of it was from the other people.

Does this count? Probably not. I found this because I liked the directors previous work... Cool song tho. :freebird:

We should honor the fathers of punk. They were the ultimate beach music. Doesn't matter how stupid it was.

His book was great. Him and a bunch of junkies including Johnny Thunders, my other inspiration. Thank god I got out of that shit.

I am a real big fan! I have developed a nasty down picking bass habit from Dee Dee.

A later lineup and yes, that's Drew Barrymore.

    Pinhead. Fun tune.
They were so great to lay when I was learning guitar, still are. Turn up the fuzz pedal and volume and off we go.
Though they were past their prime, I'm happy to have seen them at Lollapalooza. Rough crowd, they were there for Metallica. I wish I saw them back in the day. But God bless YouTube.
