i make a smoothie in the blender that has kale, blueberries, orange juice, chia seeds, greek yogurt, hemp milk, and banana with a few ice cubes. you ever make these in the morning and bring it to work with you to drink later in the day...say noon-ish? does it work well? i'm guessing you just give it a shake and it's all good. the ice cubes don't do much so i don't care if it's frozen when i drink it.
