    I eat Special K for breakfast, a light lunch, and dinner. I've quit drinking beer.
    I don't even mix my vodka anymore. But my gut won't go away :pig: :pissed:

    I lost 25 pounds in 7 weeks. My gut was out of control too. What I did was, A protein bar for breakfast, a small ham sandwich with light wheat bread and a pickle for lunch, a salad and small plate dinner (doesn't matter what), wait a half hour, then go jogging for a half hour. If I get hungry before bed (which I usually am), I eat a small bowl of cereal with fat free milk and sweet n low for sweetness. I started at 244 and now I'm at 219 and still falling.

    1) clean up your diet, and cut back on portions - stay away from wheat and grains;
    2) lift weights and increase your muscle mass;
    3) get at least 7 hrs sleep a night;
    4) get your running out of the way in the morning before you get ready for work.

    Reduce stress. Seriously - abdominal fat can be caused by cortisol (the hormone that gets high with excess stress).

    Everytime I start exercising I fuck it up. I do the same thing every time. I always over do it right away and get burned out
