it seems the kids of today will live forever with DNA breakthroughs, stem cells, reversing aging, 3D printing organs, etc. I'm afraid to be the last generation that won't benefit from this. How about you?
The upside is I won't be ruled by robots.

I'm 49 and feel like I'm 60 and I'm in great shape. I can't imagine what 60 is gonna feel like.
I don't want to live to be 100
71-72 give me a good run at it and call it good I'd be fine with that.

I'd rather be ruled by robots then be dead. Because when you're dead, well - you don't exist and have no memories. So actually you might as well never have lived.

Ah - just kidding. :) Sure, I'm relieved I won't be around for all those breakthroughs. That was close...

What makes me sad is not having any way of knowing just how far we advance in the future. I'd love to know what things will be like in the year 3000 ... if humanity makes it that far of course.

    I am disappointed in life
I thought by this age we would have Star Wars type ships and all kinda cool stuff. Take away cell phones and the Internet and not much has changed in my opinion.
    Life is life
It's the people in your life that make it worth living. I have great people thank god

Eh I'm 28 and I even know that I'll miss that chance. Stem Cells are still unfortunately taboo in this country thanks to the zealots. And the 3d printing stuff is still way off from perfection.

It would definitely suck to be the last person on earth to actually die.

But I'm not taking any chances. I'm having my head frozen.

    Probably tonight.

Right after I clean out my freezer.

No way. If they extend human lifespans significantly, humanity will have a big problem on their hands. Wars will be fought over food and water. We're walking a fine line being able to support the world's current population, and procreation is always going to be a constant.

Something will have to give. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
