I'm really digging the fact that Gilberts podcast is kicking ass as far as podcasts go. I myself have to listen to every show twice. Gilbert is everything stern claims to be but is not. Fucking awesome podcast. Brilliant. Must burn faggot liar phony stern to the core

Gilbert is doing great. I just wish Norm's podcast would come back.

I've become addicted to it. I love the old references I don't know. His impressions are impeccable. His Herve Villachez was hilarious

I can see why Howard wouldn't have him on

Howard views successful podcasts as his competition. That's why he's been going after podcasts in his rants. Gilbert is getting 100k downloads a week. Howard couldn't give away 100k downloads of his current show. Thus Gilbert won't be promoting his successful podcast on Howard's show.

The little fucker found his niche. Now if only Norm and Dave Attell could, too.

"Robin, if I did a podcast, all my 340 million fans would listen. Do you need a SIM card to do it?"

Big fan, but some shows are better than others....depending on the guest IMO not every podcast is worth a second listen, and the movie review mini-episodes are kind of boring.

I will give it a listen. I am not sure if it'll work without a SIM card.

Really good stuff. I've been listening from the get-go and it's a great podcast, Frank is the perfect complement to Gilbert. Frank does a lot of research on show topics and Gilbert goes off with impressions and funny bits but he is also well versed on his guests so he asks funny questions too. There's so many good episodes I dig all the olde days of TV and film that they cover on the show as well as the crazier stuff like when Artie came on and they did the Tracey Morgan stuff which was funny. Riding a bus to n fro 3 hrs a day gives me lots of time to listen. Even obscure guests like Joan Kramer and Healy, whom I never heard of, were interesting. Give it a shot.

I love Gilbert's podcast' His best shows are when he has another comedian on. It's then that I think they forget the audience and try to make each other laugh instead (which in turn makes their audience laugh). Gilbert has no filter and will say whatever the fuck he wants. You listen because you want to hear what unPC thing he'll say next (you know, like Howard used to be).

My dream would be to see Sirius not re-sign Howard, but replace him with The Gilbert Godfried Show.

I like the obscure guests wayyyyyy more than fellow stand-up comics. The "comic guest" shit is played out, every podcast does it, the forgotten unknowns set this show apart from the rest.

wahh, I was born in '88 but it's still a home run. Frank Santopadre usually provides context/backstory if necessary. Old Hollywood is neat.

I think it's great how every guest is made very interesting and the great Frank Santopadre and his research. Not one question about the size of any one's penis.

It's called having fun. When was the last time you heard Howard and a guest laughing and having fun in the studio? 2005?
