15 lbs huh??? Well, here's a couple suggestions:
1) Stop getting stoned all the time. Getting stoned leads to the munchies, which in your case is pizza, muffins, and candy.
2) Start taking the dogs you fuck for a walk. Walking is good exercise, and along with not getting stoned will help shed the pounds.
You want to lose weight but put on more muscle? So muscle weighs nothing in Oslo?

You always say your eating is under control, but I'll bet within 5 days you'll be on here crying that you've had a meltdown and ate 3 or 4 pizzas, it's happened so many times before. It's all about discipline, which is a weakness with you.
