i live close enough I could go but the whole thing at my age looks exhausting. I would need to get one of those VIP $1600 tickets just to survive and there is no way I'm dropping that cabbage
Too bad because I love every act on the bill

    Anyone going?

    No fucking way Gange !
I wouldn't pay $1500 for those fuckers to play in my living room let alone out in some desert.
If this was 1973 I would be there.

Nothing like 72 year old men hobbling around the stage while their handlers keep their 70 year old female fans at bay.

Jim Morrison did the right career move: Die before you become embarrassing.

Neil Young is the only one that still puts thought into his shows. Dylan is atrocious now, and the rest is just halftime show shit.

Yup. :( Although his death was even more unseemly than Morrison's. Seriously, it is the stuff of legend.

I'd love to go. I think I read that there's been another weekend added.

Also they should've replaced Bob Dylan with Elton

Not only did it sell out in 5 hours but they added a 2nd weekend of shows.

People are really anxious to see The Geezers of Rock.

Oldchella? Geezerpalooza? The line for the Metamucil booth is going to insanely long.
Can we do a death pool on this event? Who's going to keel over before October?

I don't really get it. I mentioned it before, why not just see them on their own tours? A lot cheaper that way. Plus no hanging around and you will get a full+ set.
Imagine if the Dead were part of this. They did their closing shows last year and almost did a 6 hour set. Here, they would be off in two hours. Who would want that?
    And at that price?
