i got one from the Fresh Market. never cooked one before. ideas?
Season and sear in butter for 30 seconds on each side, you want it to be almost raw
what do you recommend for seasoning? just salt and pepper?
butter? ok. i was thinking olive oil.
thats exactly how i want it to look
That works fine too, seasoning is anything you want, salt, pepper...maybe a little garlic powder
Pan on med-high, some oil and just flash sear them on each side, if Fresh Market it is sushi grade so you want them rare.
Make a wasabi sauce or something with teriyaki sauce if you want to dip
never cooked one before. should be interesting
Dis "group of fine people" gets it
ever hear of google or bing?
Zeit doesnt understand that people like to communicate
Yeah. Don't over cook it.
raw is definitely the way to go, right?
Where have you been, Tranny Tits?
