It's the first significant snow storm here in Philly. I just stepped outside, and it is pouring down big-ass wet snowflakes. There is something truly captivating about it, almost magical. Then reality sets in, and I realize this shit is gonna weigh a fucking ton when shoveling tomorrow. Fuck You Winter.
I'm south of Baltimore and all we are getting is rain. I just got home a little while ago and the roads were nothing but wet. They talked all day about getting 1-3 inches of snow but it ain't gonna happen.
I live in the Colorado rockies , its not been a very snowy winter. Big storm at the end of november, big storm to end december, and a few little snows inbetween. But not a big snow season by any means.
...unusually warm in seattle. tonights overnight low is 51 or 52. weather dude says we may reach 60 tomorrow. we've had enough rain a couple of blustery wet storms but all in all its been fairly mild this winter.
We got utterly destroyed last year. Every week there was something. When Spring finally arrived it was amazing, and it was followed by the greatest summer I've ever seen.
We're getting 3-4 inches of snow tonight that will be rained on tomorrow. I should be nice and icy by tomorrow night.
