anyone have any advice for having more energy through the day?

    I have been pretty mentally exausted lately and it sucks. it might have to do with the sleeping pills I've been talking but i don't know. all the coffee in the world is not helping either. adderal used to work but it was addicting and crashing sucked. any good alternatives?

    A lower dose of the sleeping pill, and 20-25 minutes of cardio in the morning.

    A good and REAL exercise program will help you Mario. I don't mean some dumbbells and jogging in place. Maybe try Insanity again? :dontknow:

    red bull (sugar free)

    That's what I use. But I dont drink coffee either. Blech.

    and exercising regularly will allow you to sleep like a baby and not depend on the pills :sunny:

    sometimes getting too much sleep can make you more tired

    it did help with energy but man its though to sick with it.

    stop the sleeping pills and caffeine, instead of napping, meditate 2x a day

    Real exercise isn't easy. It's the results and the better feeling you get that make it worth it. :thumbup2:

    Chocolate milk or fresh fruits are what I find keeps me going in the summer when work is crazy busy .

    figure out what your sleep "cycle" is. Go to bed, and allow yourself to wake naturally, If you wake up after 3.5 hours then you should sleep for 7 hours, if you wake up after 2.5 hours your should sleep for 5. You don't want to wake up in the middle of REM sleep
