People I know using it swear by it. Seems like your run of the mill multilevel marketing scam to me.

Yes of course. So are pop tarts and fig newtons.
No. But I eat a shit ton of protein.

breakfast: yogurt, granola, blueberries
lunch: turkey, bacon (1 strip), spinach, cucumber, onion, tomato, laughing cow cheese wrap.
dinner: grilled chicken gyros
Yeah, I thought about the supplements.
When I have meals, they're solid. But I have a lot of supplements. I'm out.
last night we had BBQ tri-tip sandwiches.
That shit is cray. Just eat some fruit. I ate a container of blueberries today. So good.
I admit I put ground flax seed in my salads.
I bet those things are processed. Just buy frozen fruit or fresh and put it in a blender with granola or some shit.
Those are fucking good.
