I am close to doing it. Problem is,if you quit in Quebec, you probably won`t get unemployment insurance, meaning no money. I have 3 bosses, and one f them is berating me in front of co-workers lately, for little clerical errors in the invoice, not big errors at all.
Yeah I did, it was just a summer job when I was 18. Landscaping, boss was a total faggit. Told him to fuck off and I left in the middle of the day.
Report him to HR. Tell them he's creating a hostile work environment. In the US, that would cause a real pain in the ass for him and he'd think twice about doing it again.
I once manipulated a boss into firing me,not an easy thing. The unemployement insurance people had to investigate, and believed i got fired.
only to a bartender that tipped me out $4 on a saturday night when i barbacked for him. next day he had me follow him around and wanted me to take notes on how to stock beer. i was like lol fuck you again.
Start taking detailed notes. If you end up quitting, you might still have a case for unemployment if you can prove he harassed you into quitting. (Again, that's how it works in the US)
no one will back me up here, thats for sure.Besides, bosses screaming at employees must be acceptable more or less
