John B Wells, who hosts C2M, worked for a while on C2C before leaving the show over disagreements with the higher-ups. C2C likes the crop circle / pseudoscience stuff and John wanted to get into the darker side (9/11, etc).

He now puts on his own show 4-5 times a week. Pay / subscription service with really good interviews.

Back in the mid-to-late 90s and early 2000s, when Art Bell hosted Coast full time, it was great. Or at least listenable.

George Noory has transformed it into a tabloid news, Hard Copy-type show. Not to mention, George is a terrible interviewer ("Could it be some sort of portal?"). Art's short-lived Sirius show Dark Matter was closer in spirit to classic C2C.

Art has spoken out numerous times about what C2C has become. It's a shame really. There are a few old Bell hosted episodes on youtube that I listen to on occasion. That stuff was gold.

I listened to it for a while for the goof factor but it BS got out of hand. Every year they start talking like its the year aliens are coming. You would think tey would give up on te shtick after a while but there are always crazy hippies out there with new gimmicks to keep it going. After Art pulled the Sirius/XM stunt I was done. The guy is a nut and Im tired of his evil plot against him BS. His plan was to use Sirius to sell his crap on his web site . He wanted to stream the show fr free on his site and cried fowl when sirius wouldnt let him. I wonder if the gives te show free over the web now tat he is paying the bills. After that i have no idea what he is up to. I also found it funny how he hooked up with the young chick as soon as his wife kicked.

George Knapp had Dave Polidous on this past weekend. He;s the National Park disappearances guy. It was a good show. He was on for all four hours. Still baffles me how these people just disappear.

Ok, we have a contract but as expected there are some things in there that require some re-wording and one item that would be a deal breaker if left as is. We also have possibly another way to go if
    need be.

Because we are at a sensitive part of all this you may not hear from me till we come to some conclusion on Monday or we hope no later then Tuesday (my estimates)

I did have a email exchange with Dave which he started and which will reamain private, even the exchange itself should have remained private, oh well.

I really like George Knapp. He's also interviewed Dave about his bigfoot research, I was really impressed with his scientific approach. I didn't know there was so much evidence of giant hominids, including bones and hair that have produced DNA in double-blind studies, only no scientific journal wants to even examine the results. They even get flak from within the bigfoot community, because the results prove that it's not an ape, confirming the Native American accounts of a very human-like animal.

I use giants as a general term of description because as crazy as it seems there could be multiple creatures, some that have gone extinct and others that they call a relict population. I scoffed at the idea of the dogman, but I was thinking that a lemur is a primate with a long snout that kind of resembles a dog. I don't think I've heard any of the researchers talk about this possibility, but I'm sure it must have occurred to them. A bipedal dog makes zero sense, they don't have the right appendages.

Imagine running into an 8ft tall lemur-like creature alone at night.

Oh boy. Paulides' first 411 interview he did with Knapp was one of the best C2C episodes in a long time and will likely be regarded as one of the greatest of all time. Super scary. I rarely listen to the show at all anymore, but that one was fantastic.

Also, I don't think Art is heading back to Coast anytime soon, but his new internet show/podcast, Midnight in the Desert, is debuting in July.
